Median household income is $83,256, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 5.2%, which is about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.
I've been here 13 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is pretty good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Riverside side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
No regrets on my end..
