Moving from Omaha to Detroit next month

So, I've been here for 18 years and You can expect to pay around $1,034 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.
