Is public transit usable in Diamond Bar?

Alright, The median home value here is around $867,000, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from New York about 10 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good healthcare facilities
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Road conditions need improvement

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are wild, gas is average.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community vibe is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The weather is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much established but now it's hit or miss.
