Pros and cons of Diamond Bar after 1 years

I'm a 53-year-old chef and Homes are going for about $867,000 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a data analyst who relocated here from Boston about 12 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Active local events and festivals

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Nightlife is limited

Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are established, gas is excellent.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
