Hey folks, I'm single, late 50s, and It's a a small town city with about 12,642 people. Homes are going for about $409,000 on average. Household incomes average around $83,288 in Diamond Springs. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
