Is D'Iberville a good place to live?
Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $1,177 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $199,000, which is actually reasonable. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? Thanks for reading. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
