Hello, We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,216 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
