Been living here since 2024. Poverty rate is 8.5%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Dickson sits at 713.2 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
