Dickson is underrated, change my mind

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $69,074 in Dickson. Poverty rate is 8.5%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
