Starting a business in Dickson?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a small town city with about 16,246 people. The median home value here is around $263,100, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 8.5%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $999 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Used to live on the Sunset side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
