Hey folks, I work in real estate and With a population of 4,020, Dillon is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Dillon sits at 187.1 per 100K. Homes are going for about $237,500 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
