Dinuba in the winter -how bad?

Curious what people think. I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $59,048, which feels about average for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Bought a house here in 2019 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want outdoor recreation, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
