What surprised you most about Dinuba?

I've been here for 16 years and It's a a smaller city city with about 25,201 people. The median home value here is around $267,300, which seems about average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Is this normal for Dinuba? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I'm a pharmacist and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is underrated and there's always something going on.

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, No regrets on my end..
