I've been here for 11 years and Average temperature is around 43--F, so bundle up in winter. It's a a small town city with about 1,770 people. Rent is about $716/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $716 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any help is appreciated.
