Best neighborhoods in Dixon

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 7.2%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.

Bought a house here in 2016 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
