Dobbs Ferry vs Phoenix -which is better?

Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and Crime rate is something to consider -Dobbs Ferry sits at 485.5 per 100K. Homes are going for about $719,300 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What are your go-to spots? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
