Studio apartments in Dobbs Ferry -options?

Random thought, I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $719,300, which is pretty steep. Household incomes average around $167,927 in Dobbs Ferry. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Would love some local perspective.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Eastside. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in marketing. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.
