Co-working spaces in Dock Junction?

Hello, Rent is about $1,068/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 27.9%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 69--F, so the weather is moderate. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Worth the trade-offs? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Lakewood. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in education. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
