The median home value here is around $140,300, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $1,068/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are average, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in South area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great BBQ places. it's been a really good experience overall.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is underrated in most areas.
