Rent in Dodge City getting crazy

Hey everyone, I'm single, late 40s, and The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much developing but now it's challenging.
