First post here. I'm single, late 30s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Doney Park sits at 395.7 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $549,500, which is pretty steep. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
