Hey, I'm single, late 30s, and Rent is about $1,016/month for a decent place. Median household income is $36,397, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Would love some local perspective. Looking forward to hearing from you all.
