Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 17 months ago and Household incomes average around $36,397 in Doolittle. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
