Not sure if this has been asked before, but We're a young couple and Median household income is $43,460, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's a a small town city with about 13,151 people. Average temperature is around 80--F, so it's warm year-round. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for Dorado zona urbana? Looking forward to hearing from you all. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
