Housing market in Dorado zona urbana right now

I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $209,200 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? Thanks for reading. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I work in tech here and it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market for my field is better than expected. Definitely worth checking out..
