Not sure if this has been asked before, but The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 78--F, so it's warm year-round. Crime rate is something to consider -Doral sits at 96.6 per 100K. Household incomes average around $88,474 in Doral. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The walkability is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Nashville and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Downtown. It's solid for what you get.
Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in legal you might struggle.
People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.
