What surprised you most about Doral?

Hey, Military spouse here. Household incomes average around $88,474 in Doral. The median home value here is around $514,600, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $2,510 for rent here. Homes are going for about $514,600 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Would love some local perspective. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is improving in most areas.

I've lived in Greenfield for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Affordable housing options
- The dating scene scene is excellent

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Rising rent and home prices

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
