Doraville housing prices -when will it stop?

Hello, I relocated for work and Rent is about $1,661/month for a decent place. Median household income is $60,618, which feels about average for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? Thanks in advance!

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Uptown area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great sushi places. I have mixed feelings honestly.

I work in legal here and it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market for my field is average. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. No regrets on my end..

I'm a project manager and I've found I genuinely enjoy living here. The community is challenging and there's always something going on.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are average, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Bought a house here in 2016 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
