Internet providers in Doraville?

So, Household incomes average around $60,618 in Doraville. It's a a small town city with about 10,738 people. Rent is about $1,661/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 14.1%, which is around average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. Would love some local perspective. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Downtown for 9 years. Moved from Baltimore for school. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is underrated. We bought in 2019 at k and it's now worth about the same than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 3-bed in a safe area. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable.

**Employment:**
legal is strong here. education is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are reasonable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
it was the best decision I ever made. The outdoor scene is excellent - we have lakes within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Downtown schools are better than expected. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Summers can be brutally hot. Rising rent and home prices. And weather can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For retirees, I'd say this is a 5/10. Happy to answer more specific questions.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Riverside area are pretty good. Kids love it here.
