Co-working spaces in Dorothy?

Curious what people think. The median home value here is around $306,900, which seems about average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I work in engineering here and I have mixed feelings honestly. The job market for my field is solid. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are average, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
