Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Boston and Crime rate is something to consider -Dortches sits at 939.1 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What are your go-to spots? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development.
