I'm a remote worker and With a population of 5,757, Dos Palos is a small town. The median home value here is around $285,300, which seems about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
