Anyone else love living in Dothan?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2011. Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $186,600 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 71,118 people. The median home value here is around $186,600, which is actually reasonable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Pros:
- Friendly people
- Good healthcare facilities
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Limited nightlife
- High property taxes
- Chain restaurants dominate
Am I overthinking this? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
