Been meaning to ask this. I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Dothan sits at 41.4 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
