What's it really like living in Dothan?

Hey folks, My partner and I are With a population of 71,118, Dothan is a smaller city. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Bought a house here in 2018 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.
