Worst things about Dothan nobody talks about

Crime rate is something to consider -Dothan sits at 41.4 per 100K. Median household income is $55,052, which feels about average for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? TIA! Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much established but now it's tough.
