OK so Crime rate is something to consider -Douglas sits at 63.4 per 100K. With a population of 16,118, Douglas is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
