People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Does this match your experience? Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if job market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from LA and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Cedar Grove. It's pretty good for what you get.
Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in legal. If you're in finance you might struggle.
People: Generally tough. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: improving. Tons of options if you like sushi.
Would recommend to anyone considering it..
