Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 12.6%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $251,500 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to LA it's better than expected.
