How are the schools in Dover?

Hey folks, Homes are going for about $248,500 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? TIA! The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. pet-friendliness used to be much competitive but now it's underrated.

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
