Starting a business in Dover?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 20s, and Rent is about $1,252/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts? Thanks for reading. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I genuinely enjoy living here. Internet is better than expected in most areas.

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much manageable but now it's surprisingly good.
