OK so I'm single, late 30s, and Rent is about $1,252/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,252 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 4.7%, which is about average. Poverty rate is 14.5%, which is around average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up.
