Is Dover worth moving to in 2026?

Been meaning to ask this. Crime rate is something to consider -Dover sits at 464.0 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $840 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this?

Bought a house here in 2021 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone about the same since then.
