OK so Just moved here 15 months ago and The median home value here is around $398,500, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Does this match your experience?
