Anyone regret moving to Dover?

I'm originally from Nashville and Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $398,500, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Let me know your thoughts. Cheers. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
