Best areas to explore in Dover?

Hey, I'm originally from Charlotte and Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $61,918, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Dover sits at 109.9 per 100K. Homes are going for about $172,600 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Let me know your thoughts. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I'm a chef and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is challenging and there's always something going on.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much pricey but now it's better than expected.
