Is Dover walkable?

OK so I work in engineering and Household incomes average around $77,500 in Dover. You can expect to pay around $1,102 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Let me know your thoughts. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Lots of new development happening
- The food scene scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for couples. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I'm a nurse and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. The community is solid and there's always something going on.

I work in engineering here and I love the pace of life here. The job market for my field is average. Hope this helps!.

Bought a house here in 2021 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Hot take but it's exactly what I was looking for. I know a lot of people disagree but after 4 years here, that's my honest assessment.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Pine Hills. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in real estate. If you're in consulting you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 12 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Bought a house here in 2020 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
