Co-working spaces in Downingtown?

First post here. I'm a 27-year-old marketing manager and The median home value here is around $322,500, which seems about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Tampa it's improving.

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.

My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is food scene. Other than that, No regrets on my end..
