Co-working spaces in Dranesville?

Hey, The median home value here is around $713,100, which is pretty steep. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from Chicago and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in North. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in retail. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 8 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
