Things Dranesville needs to improve

Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 0.8%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $713,100, which is pretty steep. With a population of 11,860, Dranesville is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Pros:
- Diverse community
- Lots of new development
- Good healthcare facilities

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Limited nightlife
- Sprawl everywhere
- Boring for young people

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The cost of living is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
